Casastella organises, on request, guided tours of the ‘Sassi’, declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1993. Longer cultural and nature tours can also be arranged to visit the Rupestri Churches Park or Pollino National Park, the largest protected area in Europe. Casastella has agreements with many different local restaurants, offering special deals on the best of local specialties. Breakfast is homemade and can be eaten in the room or in one of the lounge areas which are beautifully furnished with local art. The entire structure is equipped with all mod cons including air conditioning, TV and high speed internet connection. Every room has its own private bathroom.
